| The organization narco-terrorist Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), has resorted to the foreign kidnapping as one of its strategies military and without concerning the origin or occupation of the citizens put under this violation of its fundamental rights has prevailed of the freedom to industrialists, military, police, retailers, politicians, officials government, citizens or simple workers, some in precarious conditions of health, that in multiple cases has finished with the death of the plagiarized one. |
| The immense pain caused with this crime has not harmed the pretensions of the ringleaders of that organization and on the contrary they have put under many Colombian families to but the insensitive sunk delay and to the common one of the people in an interminable sinking by the insecurity sensation in all the national territory and all the sectors of the economy and the current to live. |
| Of another part the use of the population like booty military to fortify the conditions of negotiation in so named “exchange” or “humanitarian interchange”, does not have precedents nor justification some, because with the pretext of to be “prisoners military” they have harmed not only the right asylum to the freedom, but to a worthy life. |
